Virtual Wednesdays Dates

Marshall County Schools will be using the following dates as virtual learning days for all students: October 21 November 18 November 3 was already scheduled as a Professional Development day as it is election day, so it will also be considered a virtual learning day for students.

World Tournament

The middle school World Tournament will be October 12-16. Click here for boys’ bracket. Click here for the girls’ bracket.

It was great to see so many students joining classes virtually today! Our teachers are having to adapt quickly as well, and it was great to see many of them supporting and checking in on students first and foremost today! @Forrest_Rockets


Teachers were checking in with students all day to make sure they understood everything. Super proud of all our students and teachers for working hard to make the transition as smooth as possible!! πŸ’™πŸš€πŸ’»


Live meeting with our students this morning for our first day of all virtual. It’s a learning curve for all of us but it sure is good to see their faces!! πŸ’™πŸš€πŸ’»


Forrest School grades 7-12 will be closed October 22nd through November 2nd for in person instruction. All students will move to virtual learning during this time. November 3rd is a PD day with no virtual or in person instruction. In person instruction will resume on Nov. 4th.

Just in case you need the Remind codes for each grade level, 7th-9th grades on the top row and 10th-12th on the bottom row.

We will be moving to virtual learning starting tomorrow. Faculty/staff will be working and the school will be open 7:30-2:30 each day. Students that need to pick up anything from their lockers are welcome to come pick that up. Sports/after school activities will proceed as normal
